Both centers are staffed with some of the best & brightest people. And, we promise to never forward your call to an overseas call center.
Most live streaming providers do not offer live phone support -- substituting a live customer care expert with email and/or live chat. Email and live chat is dramatically less costly then live phone support. Although email and live chat represents a tempting opportunity to decrease operating expenses, these type of support channels simply do not work. We know because we tried and failed miserably! The local event coordinator, as well as the remote participants require some "hand holding" throughout the event -- from start to finish. And, that's what we do best.
